Refund policy

You have a legal right to cancel a Contract. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.

The regulations give you 14 days to change your mind.

For standard orders, your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date you receive your order.

The easiest way to cancel your Contract is in writing (to hello@deborahmaguire.ie). This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

Goods must be returned (and received by Deborah Maguire) within a further 14 days of notification. During this time you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought safe and in good condition, if you don’t you may have to pay for diminished value.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. All returns should be in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods and will be processed by the method of payment.

Refunds on standard orders requested after 14 days (where notice of cancellation has not been received within 14 days or goods have not been received within further 14 days) are discretionary and if granted will be minus transaction fees (2%)

Exchanges are possible on prints/cards. Exchange requests must be notified to hello@deborahmaguire.ie and the product must be received in resalable condition. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees in the destination country are not eligible for refund.
