Little Dog Post Mailing Club Membership
The next window for new members to join will be open again from the
25th of October -> 5th of November.
*****************************************
Each monthly edition of Little Dog Post follows a unique, thoughtfully curated theme that changes every month (reflecting nature, changing seasons, and quiet reflections).
While the contents are always kept a surprise until they arrive at your door, here's what you can expect in each beautifully wrapped edition:
Exclusive Art Print / An A5 print of a hand drawn illustration created exclusively for mailing club members (never available outside of the mail club).
Greeting card + envelope / a blank card, perfect for building a small collection of cards for a multitude of occasions.
A letter / from me to you
A gift / a little something for you, or that you might like to gift forward. Always featuring my work, this could be anything from bookmarks, to stationery items, to something completely different!

How Little Dog Post works
In order to facilitate smooth running of the mailing club, and production of the gift items with local printers, the mailing club operates a "new members window" which opens for 10 days at a time (from the 25th of one month, until the 5th of the next). During the time that the window is open, the product is listed as in stock, and all signup options will be available. New signups for monthly rolling subscriptions, and pre-paid subscriptions can only be purchased during the opening windows.
For example, new memberships are open now until the 5th of October. At midnight on the 5th, the product will read "sold out", and new memberships are then closed (until the next new members window opens on the 25th October).
Work on the mailing club begins, and your package will be sent from the 20th October and will be with you before the end of the month (delivery times might vary slightly for shipping outside of Ireland, but they will always be sent together starting on the 20th of each month). Each month is a brand new theme.
For monthly rolling subscriptions, your payment will be taken on the same date each month as the first payment.
The New Membership window closes on the 5th October, and will reopen again then on the 25th October.
This window only affects anyone wishing to sign up as a new member, or who might wish to purchase a prepaid membership as a gift. For those with rolling subscriptions, your payment will be taken each month on the same date as the first payment you made.

Gifting a Subscription
There are 3-, 6- and 12-month pre-paid subscription options available, which are ideal as a gift for yourself or a friend. If you are purchasing as a gift to send to a friend, please make sure you select the option below that reflects the location of their shipping address and don't forget to add their name and address in the Shipping section of the checkout. This is important for personalisation of the letter and surprise gifts! There is also a free printable pdf with information about the mailing club available for gift subscriptions. Just drop a line to hello@deborahmaguire.ie after placing the order for a copy of the file that you can print off and pop inside a card! (Emails are replied to from Monday-Friday).

Cost and Shipping
The cost of monthly membership is €12. Below are options to choose location based on the shipping address of the mailing club package. These prices include postage. So, for example, monthly subscription of the mailing club, with a shipping address anywhere in Ireland is €15.50 each month. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout. If you are purchasing multiple memberships to be sent to multiple addresses, please purchase each individually so that the shipping details for each recipient can be attached to each order. It's also important that the name of the person receiving the item is filled in on the shipping details section (for personalisation of the letter and other surprises!) If you include any other item(s) from the shop in the same order as a subscription, postage will be charged at checkout for those items only. Please see the shipping policy for customs information for shipping outside Ireland.
